100 Workout


Since I was in Washington DC and unable to go to a gym, I did this as part of my workout.

  • 100 Jacks
  • 90 Squats
  • 80  Cross body mountain climbers
  • 70 Situps
  • 60 Pushups
  • 50 Leg raises (6 inches rule!)
  • 40 Front Lunges (Alternating Leg)
  • 30 Burpees
  • 20 Up/Downs
  • 10- 30 sec Plank-holds (alt. leg raise holds are fun too)

I sent this workout to some a of my personal training clients; I wonder how they did! 🙂
