Hannah’s Childhood Home Mini Session

5/26/20

My friend Hannah grew up on 68th Street in Wawautosa Wisconsin in this incredible home with the incredible lawn full of ferns and hostas!

Her parents have decided to sell their home and retire up North in Door County.

Hannah called me and we planned a mini session with her daughter, husband, and mom (Dad is already in Door County) at her childhood home. We were able to capture so many moments and document her childhood home!

Charlie had just finished her virtual dance recital so I was able to snap a couple in her fairy dancer outfit. Isn’t that crazy that dance recitals are virtual now? This is such a crazy time in history!

20% of my mini sessions are currently going to Saint Luke’s Hospital – I am a little over $800! Even though keeping the money for my family would be nice I am so blessed to be in a situation where I can give it to those who need it more.

Since COVID hit Wisconsin I have been donating money from of every session to local businesses.

The first two months 100%  of my proceeds went to The Hunger Task Force. I was able to make a donation of nearly $3000.

Then in April I started donating 20% of all proceeds to Saint Luke’s Hospital. I am so proud of Wisconsin for standing up and helping others during this crazy time. You can watch one of the new clips about my Safe Distance Sessions here on CBS58 News.

Because of this, I have been nominated for Answer the Call to win an additional $500 to donate to the charity of my choice if you could please take a moment to vote it would be SO AMAZING to keep giving back to my community.
