Unique Wedding Entertainment Ideas

9/20/20

One of the major parts of planning any wedding is thinking about entertainment. You want to make sure that you are going to be entertaining your guests, otherwise, you could well find that they end up not finding it the most memorable day of all, and that’s not what you are going for. But how to find good entertainment, and to make sure that it is memorable? One of the things to aim for is to try and find unique or unusual wedding entertainment ideas which people are going to love and remember. In this post, we are going to take a look at just a few of these options.

Fireworks

Although everyone knows about fireworks and has seen them plenty of times, having them at a wedding is still something that nobody is going to expect. If you don’t tell people about them, but just have them set off at a point in the evening, you are going to find that the effect is particularly strong. What’s more, people will take photographs and it will get the party going again should there have been a lull after all the food and booze.

Margarita Machine

All weddings tend to focus on having a lot of alcohol, and if you want to turn this fact into a form of entertainment, then that is actually fairly easy to do. All you need to do is have some kind of margarita machine from the likes of Party Pony Trailers. With this, people are going to be lining up for those delicious cocktails without any trouble at all, and you’ll find it’s a fun and enjoyable way to start serving some drinks out.

Photo Booth

You might have seen this starting to pop up at weddings in the past few years, but they are not nearing the point of being overdone. I think they will stay in style for years to come! They are certainly still the kind of thing that your guests are going to enjoy, and they do provide a lot of fun for any wedding party. This is especially true if you make sure to provide some funny hats and props that people can use, and if you hire a professional to do it all for you then it is going to work especially well in most cases.

Table Trivia

If you want to get people talking and mingling, why not try a little table trivia? All you need to do is arrange people to sit at certain tables in such a way that they have to get talking. Then you have someone read out questions, pub quiz style. This can be surprisingly impressive as a means of making people laugh and getting everyone to enjoy themselves. To make things more interesting, you can even offer a prize of some kind – but what that is should be up to you and your partner.

Any of these ideas are bound to go down well, so they are absolutely worth thinking about from the outset.
