AI isn’t just for Silicon Valley dudes named Chad. It’s for the real-life multitaskers — the business owners, content creators, photographers, moms — aka people like us who have approximately 3 minutes of free time and a business to run.
This is exactly how I use AI behind-the-scenes to save time, show up consistently, and sound like me online. Plus, a few things I’m still dragging my feet on. Spoiler: You don’t have to do it all — just start where you are.
🎥 Zoom Call → Content Machine
Tools I use: Descript & ChatGPT
Let’s start with the real MVP: Descript.
I upload my Zoom coaching calls and use it to:
-
Clean up the transcript (bye filler words, awkward pauses, and “Can you hear me?” moments)
-
Pull golden soundbites and teaching moments
-
Create social captions, blog content, or email summaries — without rewatching the entire call
I also run the cleaned-up transcript through ChatGPT-4 and say: “Turn this into a carousel post for Instagram in my voice.” Or: “Pull 3 quick tips from this for an email.” It’s like cloning myself. But faster and way more caffeinated.

🧠 Strategic Brainstorms Without the Overthinking Spiral
Tools I use: GPT-4, Claude, 03, Perplexity
-
I treat ChatGPT like my marketing co-pilot. Launch ideas, objections, hooks, opt-in titles — I think with it.
-
Claude is more thoughtful when I want to write something meaningful (like a long-form post or a group coaching lesson).
-
Perplexity is for when I need quick research, trending stats, or to figure out “what are other people charging for this?”
It’s not about outsourcing your brain. It’s about letting AI hold the sticky notes while you actually create.
✍️ Writing That Doesn’t Suck My Soul Dry
Tools I use: Claude Opus, GPT-4, Magnetic Sales & Messaging Prompt Pack
Writing content used to be the biggest bottleneck in my business. Now?
-
I use Claude or ChatGPT to write full blog posts, newsletters, and sales emails with a solid voice and flow.
-
I edit them to sound more me, but honestly… I’ve trained these models to mimic my tone using my prompt pack.
-
For sales pages, launch emails, and anything with real money attached, I plug my own prompts into GPT-4 — because I know exactly what works. If it doesn’t sound like me, it’s not going out.
📸 Visuals, Graphics, and “I Need This Done in 5 Minutes” Moments
Tools I use: Canva and Audiopen
-
Canva is my go-to for everything from social graphics to slide decks to product mockups. The AI tools inside? Honestly underrated.
-
Audiopen helps when I’m rambling a caption idea into my phone. It organizes my chaos and gives me something usable.
🛠️ What I Should Be Using More (And Will, Promise)
I have HOURS of video content just sitting there on my phone — not clipped, not repurposed, not posted. Within the next 6 months, I’m building a workflow to get my iPhone videos & Zoom replays chopped up, stylized, and repurposed like a boss.

TL;DR — How to Make AI Work for You
-
AI isn’t here to replace your voice — it’s here to support it
-
Assign the right task to the right tool. They’re coworkers, not magic wands.
-
Start by automating the tasks you dread the most
-
You don’t have to use every AI tool. Just the ones that move the needle.

I’ve trained these tools to already sound like me using my custom prompt pack. And when it’s high-stakes stuff like sales pages or launch emails?
I don’t play.
I plug my prompts into ChatGPT — because I know what works and what converts. If it doesn’t sound like me, it’s not going out. And no, these aren’t “photographer-only” prompts.
They work for every business that needs to write content that converts.
