Saturday was truly a romantic winter affair. There were so many unforgettable moments, so much uncontrollable laughter and tons of insane dance moves that would be crazy-hard to outdo!
Although it was cold, the crisp air was a constant reminder that we were in a very special place; Milwaukee, Wisconsin. You can not ask for a more perfect location to gather friends and family for a wedding.
I absolutely loved photographing L+J’s wedding. We started at the Pfister Hotel and ended at Cuvée.
(Those are TWO of Milwaukee’s greatest wedding venues, how lucky am I??)

Lindsay’s favorite moment of the day:
When the pastor announced us man and wife, and Jared and I started walking down the aisle. I didn’t think I could possibly be happier in that moment … until I saw Tater waiting for me in the narthex! Jared had arranged for my pooch to be waiting to greet us after the ceremony. I screamed, cried, and hugged the crap out of him. It was such a thoughtful gesture from Jared, and special moment for me<3

We stopped at Stone Creek Coffee for some java and some incredible wedding party photos!

Advice for Brides planning their day?
When you find yourself thinking that the color of the napkins is the end all and be all of this wedding, try to take a step back and remember what it’s all about. Jared was really good at pulling me back when I’d start spinning on a detail, and remind me that in the end, who cares if the napkins were the correct shade of champagne? Absolutely create designs and aspects to catch your guests eye, but are envelopes that match the bridemaids dresses THAT important? No, of course not! You’re getting married, girlfriend! 
And while you’re buzzing over details, don’t forget to take a night “off”. No wedding talk. Go on a date with your fiance and remember what you were like pre-wedding. It’s a good recharge that I wish we would have been doing the whole time!
