Flowers Hold The Key To Stunning Wedding Photos

Jul 20, 2021

Choosing your bouquet could be a daunting task given the many options available to you. Luckily, I’m here give some helpful advice on what flowers make for great wedding bouquets and why they are popular among brides-to-be everywhere!

Flowers Hold The Key To Stunning Wedding Photos

Of course, we must start with the rose, which is a flower that is strongly linked with love. Romantic poets and writers have long used this flower as a metaphor for true love, passion, beauty, and emotion. The good thing about this flower is that you have so many different colors and types of roses to choose from. However, the most popular candidates for wedding flowers are:

Tulips

Tulips are also widely used in wedding bouquets. They represent happy years and consuming love, and they are extremely versatile flowers, meaning they can easily be teamed with other flowers to create a unique and beautiful bouquet.

Calla Lilies

These lilies boast a stunning and luxurious appearance, and they symbolize magnificent beauty.

Lily of the Valley

Lily of the Valley is another popular choice. Lilies serve as symbols for purity because they only grow near water sources without any dirt or soil on them; which makes sense since many traditional weddings start with a symbolic bath outside before walking down the aisle. The only trouble is that these flowers can be expensive, especially if your wedding is not in the springtime.

Peonies

They also look beautiful with any sort of wedding dress, such as a boho Anomalie dresse! I LOVE the boho trend and I hope this wedding trend sticks around forever! Check out Courtney’s bouquet with goregous Peonies!

Ranunculus

Ranunculus are cute crepe-paper-like flowers! They grow in jewel-tone colors including yellow, orange, red, salmon!

Eucalyptus and Other Greens

Courtney’s bouquet and the arch at their ceremony had a ton of greenery! I love the dimention the greenery can add to a wedding bouqet.

Keep Your Wedding Bouquet For Life

There is no denying that your wedding day is one of the most magical and special moments in your life. It is a day you will cherish for years and years to come. So, wouldn’t it be nice to have a memento of your special day?

A lot of people elect to purchase a fresh flower bouquet the moment they walk down the aisle. However, within a couple of days, this will lose its beauty, and within a week or so the bouquet will die. When you consider the traditional and important role a flower bouquet plays on a wedding day, it is such a shame that it does not last for very long. However, it does not have to be this way, as you have another option at your disposal, and this is to buy a bouquet that contains silk flowers.

Silk flower bouquets will never die – they will last for years and years into the future. All you need to do is make sure you give them a little dusting now and again. This means that you can keep your wedding bouquet forever. You can cherish the memory by having the flowers placed in a vase in your home. Every time you look at the flowers you will be remembered for the magical day you and your partner shared.

If you are looking for sillk flowers for your wedding there are a handful of shops on Etsy that do incredible work!
