Those first few weeks with a newborn can be quite an adjustment for everyone and, frankly, can be so very hard. Newborn photographs might seem like a near-impossible feat (especially for a mom in the postpartum period) but time and time again, new parents muster up all of their energy, mix in a little caffeine and walk into my studio with the biggest smiles on their faces!

And, wow, am I 1000% grateful to be able to capture this season for you. This newborn session at my Milwaukee photography studio was so adorable – here are some of my favorites!
