Tools I use: Descript & ChatGPT

Let’s start with the real MVP: Descript.
I upload my Zoom coaching calls and use it to:

• Clean up the transcript (bye filler words, awkward pauses, and “Can you hear me?” moments)

• Pull golden soundbites and teaching moments

• Create social captions, blog content, or email summaries — without rewatching the entire call

I also run the cleaned-up transcript through ChatGPT-4 and say: “Turn this into a carousel post for Instagram in my voice.” Or: “Pull 3 quick tips from this for an email.” It’s like cloning myself. But faster and way more caffeinated.

• I treat ChatGPT like my marketing co-pilot. Launch ideas, objections, hooks, opt-in titles — I think with it.

• Claude is more thoughtful when I want to write something meaningful (like a long-form post or a group coaching lesson).

• Perplexity is for when I need quick research, trending stats, or to figure out “what are other people charging for this?”

• For sales pages, launch emails, and anything with real money attached, I plug my own prompts into GPT-4 — because I know exactly what works. If it doesn’t sound like me, it’s not going out.

• Canva is my go-to for everything from social graphics to slide decks to product mockups. The AI tools inside? Honestly underrated.

• Audiopen helps when I’m rambling a caption idea into my phone. It organizes my chaos and gives me something usable.
