Don’t mean to beep my own horn, but…seriously…beep beep! Today’s post workout smoothie was totally random – – but turned out amazing. My Post Workout Smoothie Recipe: 1/2 c milk 1/4 cup simply orange juice w/ mango 1 scoop vanilla whey 1/8 cup oats 1/2 cup frozen raspberries Blend. Drink. Smile.
