20/10 Circuit Training: 20 jumping jacks, 10 pushups, 20 high knees, 10 burpees, 20 crunches, 10 squats, 20 leg raises, 10 uneven pushups (5 each arm), 20 tuck jumps, 10 one leg lift pushups (5 each leg), 20 hop scotch jumps, 10 squats, 20 jumping jacks, 10 up/downs, 20 jackknifes, 10 plank leg lifts (5 on each leg)

Stretch and Drink H20
